Making an appt didn’t make a difference

We had an appt but still had to wait for 2 groups of people ahead of us because they had been waiting. I’m not sure the purpose of making an appt. That said we love our bracelets

Great experience in Scottsdale!

We went to get a new bracelet each and fix one. We ended up with 2 new ones for my daughter as it was just such a better look. Thanks for all your help in making the right choice for us.

Staff was so kind and friendly. I had gotten my bracelets too tight and they snapped. I emailed the company and they said to bring it in and they’d fix it for free. When I went back in, the worker was so kind and fixed it for me. Fantastic customer service! So excited to wear my permanent bracelets.
