✨ Permanent Jewelry After-Purchase Policy ✨

Thank you for choosing our permanent jewelry! Each piece is custom-fit and welded with care to ensure it lasts beautifully. Please review our after-purchase policies below:

🔒 Welding Warranty (2 Year)

We offer free re-welds within 2 years of your original purchase date, in case your chain stretches, breaks or needs to be removed temporarily.

    •    After 2 years, a small re-welding fee will apply ($10).  

    •    If your chain is lost after 14 days (please review Replacement policy) or severely damaged, a new purchase will be required.

⛓️  Stretching & Breaking

    •    Permanent jewelry is not indestructible and can be delicate by nature. Smaller chains are more likely to be fragile. Over time, with normal wear and tear, jewelry chains do weaken. Permanent jewelry can last well past 2 years if well taken care of. 

    •    If it gets caught or pulled, it may break. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, snagging, or excessive wear.

    •    Proper fitting jewelry is important to reduce risk of damage. 

Replacement policy (14 days)

    •    Chains that break and become lost within 14 days will be replaced for 50% off the same chain with proof of purchase (receipt required).

🧳 Medical & Procedure Removal

    •    If you need to remove your jewelry for medical procedures (including tattoos depending on the area), you may cut it at the jump ring or welded link. We’ll re-weld it for free within the 2-year weld warranty, after that a small fee will apply ($10).

    •    We haven’t had any issues when traveling with permanent jewelry!

    •    Save your chain! We can’t replace lost jewelry free of charge!

    •    Avoid excessive tugging or pulling.
